Build muscles

Assalamualaikum everybody, yaw everybody ask me how did i managed to get a muscles and how long it will takes.well my answer will be i trained so hard to get what i want and it took me a year and half to build a tone. I do cardio and weight lifting. here's some information, weight lifting doesnt shows any effect without taking any supplement. remember weight lifting only gives you 40% and another 60% is your nutrion. and take a note: muscles can be gone in 72hours so do 5 times per week and in 2 days take a rest and in addition take glumatine to mantain your muscles while you in 'holiday'. Dont forget to do cardio.=D
